Scope and Expertise:
The 90-day warranty provided by Amped Voltz is limited to the specific repair work described in the Proof of Repair document. It does not extend to any other parts of the equipment or synthesizer not explicitly mentioned. The repair services are performed by a technician with a background in Electronics and practical experience in the field, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of various equipment and synthesizers.
Void of Warranty:
The warranty is void if the equipment or synthesizer is misused, modified, or damaged after the repair. Any tampering, alteration, or repair attempted by anyone other than Amped Voltz will void the warranty.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages or any pre-existing issues or damages not included in the repair description. Amped Voltz is not responsible for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the repair services.
Non-transferable:
The warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original customer named in the Proof of Repair document.
Additional Repairs:
Any additional issues or damages identified within the warranty period will be subject to evaluation and may incur additional charges. Customers are encouraged to report any concerns promptly within the warranty period.
Liability Limitation:
Amped Voltz’s total liability for any damages from any cause, including but not limited to liability arising out of contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or warranty, will not exceed the amount of the repair charge.
Customer Acknowledgment:
By accepting the repair services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
